Visiting this website
- We use no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.
- The site loads nothing from other websites: no external fonts, scripts or embedded content.
- The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We don't use this to identify you.
Buying a plan
Checkout is run by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. They collect your payment details, name, email address, country and billing information to process the payment and meet tax laws, under their own privacy policy. We never see your card number.
We receive your name, email address, country and order details. We use them to create and email your license key, to manage your subscription, refunds and support, and to keep the records tax law requires. We send you emails about your purchase only; we don't send marketing unless you ask for it, and we never sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
Your license key contains your plan, the email you bought with and its dates. Our apps check it on your computer and never send it to us.
Emailing us
If you email [email protected], we use your message and address to reply and keep the conversation for support history.
How long we keep things
Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually up to seven years). Support emails are kept for up to three years after our last conversation.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them (except what we must keep by law), by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13.
